Charlotte (or Charlie) brings over a decade of HR generalist experience, spanning global FMCG brands and consultancy. She’s worked across sectors—from hospitality and tech to publishing and politics—offering both strategic guidance and day-to-day support. Known for her warm, pragmatic, and unflappable style, Charlie thrives on collaboration and meeting clients where they’re at. Outside of work, she’s mum to two boys and a tiny dog named Rolo.

Sarah Hyland

Sarah Hyland

Sarah brings over 10 years of generalist HR experience, built on a foundation of managing large retail teams firsthand. That real-world people leadership shapes her pragmatic, strategic approach to HR across industries like retail, tech, real estate, and finance. With a particular passion for management development, she helps leaders grow through self-awareness and reflection. Like Charlie, she’s also a proud dog mum—her sidekick Bruce often makes a Zoom cameo.
